The Advertising Practitioners Council of Nigeria (APCON) is a Federal Government established Council backed by law to regulate advertising practice in Nigeria and enforce compliance.
| All adverts are to be vetted by APCON before exposure.
Failure to vet your adverts before exposure attracts serious penalties. You will be fined N500,000.00 if you fail to vet your advert before exposure.
